Upgraded from a lawn tractor and I'm blown away. The 20 HP V-Twin has plenty of power in tall grass and the 42-in deck leaves a clean, even cut. Zero-turn takes a day to master, then you'll never go back.
Solid frame, comfortable high-back seat, and the dual hydros are smooth. Delivery from Lowe's was on time and the crew placed it right in the garage. Very happy so far.
Handles hills up to about 15 degrees no problem. Only knock is no cruise control on the E series — after two hours my thumbs are a little tired. Cut quality is excellent.
I compared it against three other brands at Lowe's and the fit and finish on the Z315E was noticeably better. Two months in and it starts on the first turn every time.
