I have about half an acre and the T100 handles it easily. Compact enough to fit through my side gate, which is exactly why I bought it. Starts on the first crank every time.
Simple to operate, gear drive takes a couple of minutes to get used to. Cut is clean and even. Would have loved a hydrostatic drive but that's a different price point.
Oil change and blade access are both straightforward. Engine has plenty of pep for a residential yard. Very happy with the purchase from Lowe's — delivery was quick.
The 36-inch deck is the sweet spot for my yard — big enough to be efficient, small enough to navigate around beds and trees. Only wish it had cruise, but for the price I can't complain.
